    6 years is not a small period to gain strenght.
    Heavier and more muscle mass=more strenght.

    Foreman was walking 240 lbs and for a fight he's solid 220-225 while for Olympics he was 200 pounds but walked as 220 so that means he gained atleast 20 pounds of pure muscle mass.

    Then why is the strongest LWH stronger than the weakest HW?

    You said that you can't get stronger after 18, how the hell man got from 175 to 280 pure muscles hard working is not gonna be stronger?

    You think fat is bad extremely visible while having that much muscle? Also you think Boxers get Bodybuilder level shredded? Are you wild?

    You can find it online, he was trained the same way by Moore who trained Shavers too, he both trained by chopping woods.

    Oh your talking about your cousin, yea im sure this 175 LBS man was heavily trained(sarcasm). Your cousin was no where near as close to the genetic limit by 18 as foreman was, he was already training for years, much less room to grow.

    Nope bu they gain mass and it's muscle mass because boxers have lower bodyfat than most of bodybuilders.
