Send in your heavyweight slugger to KO George Foreman

What would your definition of a slugger be here?

 

No one can survive fighting close range with Foreman, not even Liston or Tyson.
If you can box, you can win but don't ever try going toe to toe against him.

 

I’d give the Bronze a chance personally

 

Beating Foreman is possibe via decision. A slugger KO'ing him is not. Ali who is not a slugger is the only one to KO him and I consider that to be a fluke.

 

If you consider Louis a slugger, yeah.

FOTC Frazier, the hellishly-inspired-by-hate Frazier, stops him.

Liston, but a lot of that would have to do with the fact of Liston's lesser-heralded, superior boxing ability as much as the fact that George was intimidated by him.

 

Maybe Lennox , maybe.

 

Tyson, Louis and Dempsey have a good shot at prime Foreman. Liston? Maybe.

Old Foreman- Tyson, Louis, Dempsey, Marciano, and probably Liston but Sonny is such an odd duck hard to say. Lennox prob over an old Foreman but in his prime George crushes Lennox like a bug.

 

I personally don't see this version of Foreman staying down against those guys, even if he went down.
Old Foreman could take it from the best.

Dempsey? I don’t think so… he’d get in Foremans face only to be met with a sledgehammer pounding him.

 

Mike Tyson would do it quicker than people would want to hear.

 

I don’t know how you define toe to toe but up close? every corner man he ever had would tell him to not charge at Joe Louis if he had the misfortune of fighting him - Louis would kill “Young” Foreman and hurt him badly constantly till the stoppage.
