    OMG Middleweight is already by far the weakest division in Boxing. And now it's just unbelievably got a whole lot even weaker!!

    Because he can still reschedule his mandatory defence and can try to go down in weight more safely next time if he chooses to stay at the weight. Bad weight cuts can happen to anybody, sometimes you’re ill, sometimes you overwork your body, sometimes you don’t hydrate properly. The man was just hospitalised for severe dehydration and fainting, the sanctioning bodies don’t work that fast and even if they did stripping a guy while he’s in the hospital isn’t a good look.

    What a sh!t show.

    How many times have reigning champions fainted because they couldn't make weight and pulled out of their title defences this close to fight night? Feel free to make a list of names of people who have done it before below...

    He didn´t actually weigh in, so it´s a technicality. He could still be stripped but I won´t be bothered to read through the IBF and WBO rules.

    I'm not saying I was picking Mikhailovich to win, and I know these guys he's fighting here are far from world class, but I was looking forward to the fight because Mikhailovich actually looks decent. He clearly carries power in both hands, has decent speed, is aggressive, believes in his power and throws with mean intentions

    Shocking duck, needs to be stripped.

    Janibek is one of the biggest hype jobs out, beats absolutely nobody and looks poor doing it and had two belts. Shocking stuff.
