The relationship has been bad for several weeks.

It's Eubank or bust - no other fight will generate enough to pay back the money and grief on Benn now.

Going on comments last week Hearn had the offer to sign Eubank before Boxxer did, and didn't want the losses on an extra tune-up fight in between. Sounds like the fight's happening in any event and Boxxer will just get a slice of the pie in return. No doubt some future Saudi show will have Eubank and Benn magically paired at ringside.

And a cringey AF fake "beef"?

Do hope not, what a crap fight, who cares about it, or would even be curious? I couldn't give a toss about that fight at all.

Sounds like Khan fighting Canelo and Brook fighting GGG,

    Eubank gets spanked by Canelo
    Benn gets spanked by GGG

Eubank vs Benn later on PPV

Ennis giving Benn a hiding would be great telly.

Putting a clean non-punching Benn in with a world class operator who beats him via lopsided decision or a late KO is not a good business move.

Benn will be fed his usual diet of over the hill ex champions and faded big names for maximum return.

Clearly at this moment he has to fight at casinos in Orlando to "stay busy" until this little tricky situation with his British licence is resolved.

This isn't my own original opinion someone else I can't remember who said it on here but rather than see him in against Ennis where he could end up with a bit of clout if it goes more than a few rounds, I'd much rather see one of his carefully picked matches going wrong, stopped by an opponent he probably views as beneath him

Except, they wouldn't "bring anything to the table Koogs" :duh

Unlike an inactive 38 year old non puncher Chris Algieri of course for example.

The relationship between Eddie Hearn and Conor Benn has been bad for a long time and lately it has gone from bad to worse.

Conor Benn's great luck is that he owes Eddie Hearn a lot of money. If he didn't then I think Eddie Hearn would match him against an opponent who would knock him out.

How does Benn owe Hearn a lot of money?

Hearn must have agreed all purses with Benn per contracts and Benn has fought all opponents put in front of him by Hearn until eggsgate.

I think Conor Benn got paid an advance that would have been deducted from his Eubank fight earnings. That fight never happened. Conor kept the money and he instead ended up using that money to fund his legal battle. Look at his lifestyle. He lives the Canelo lifestyle but has done fck all in the ring and is an absolute tosser to boot. Can't wait till he's out of UK boxing. He's a shyster and a fraud.
