Again, Bud was froze out by younger Spence, younger Porter, Thurman in 2019/2020 and Danny in 2019. Froze out by Manny in 2016 and 2021 and then Jermell in 2023.

Yeah, Bud was uniformly ducked - and that wasnt by accident.

Cotto lost to Manny, lost Floyd, lost to Canelo, and technically lost to Margarito. His only major win was over a crippled and old Sergio.

So, yeah - NO - Cotto does not have a better resume than Crawford. You dont get points for losing against elites

I'll sit back and judge it as yet another carefully selected farce by Crawford and his team. That's what it truly was.
It's a disaster that Spence was even allowed into this fight despite his obvious condition.

The loss to Margarito has an asterisk over it which i'm not going to go into now.....

Cotto lost to Canelo at Middleweight which is two weightclasses above his best weight, Cotto was also past his prime whilst Canelo was in his prime. Plus Canelo was significantly bigger than Cotto has Crawford ever fought anyone significantly bigger than him ?

The losses to Mayweather, Pacquiao, i've already explained earlier.

You cant even compare the Spence that fought Ugas to the Spence that fought Crawford

    It wasnt a promotional thing:

    - PBC worked w Top Rank in 2014 for GRJ v Lomachenko
    - PBC worked with Top Rank for Wilder v Fury in 2018
    - PBC worked w Matchroom for Andy Ruiz v AJ in 2019
    - PBC worked w Matchroom for Porter v Brook in 2014
    - PBC worked w Matchroom for Spence v Brook in 2017
    - PBC worked w GBP for Tank v RyGa in 2023
    - PBC worked w TGB for Jermell v Castano in 2021 and 2022
    - PBC worked w Lou Dibella for Jermall v Dervenchenko in 2020

...and on and on and on...

The point is Bud Crawford resigning w Top Rank had little effect on ANY of PBC lineup (younger Spence, younger Porter, Thurman, Danny, Manny, or Jermell) in fighting Crawford. It was consistently Bud Crawford who tried to make those fights and it was PBC who teased Bud for being "across the street" and...stupid like yourself...ate that up.

PBC uniformly ducked Crawford and its not an opinion rather an objective review of events.

    Agreed

Cotto won MW title at 159, then fought at 157 and 155. He demanded CW of 155 against Canelo and lost. Cotto lost every major fight he was in except for Sergio.

You cant say, in the same breath, that Cotto was a 4 division champ but his losses in his 4th division dont count cause he wasnt big enough...

Spence was bigger than Crawford. Madrimov is bigger also. Horn was bigger.

No shame in losing to those 2 guys, but one also has to be honest. Cotto shouldve lost to Clottey, he also lost to Ali (a nobody JMW), he also lost to Trout (a nobody JMW).

Cotto was a very gifted fighter but his resume is weak. His best win is against a 39 year old Sergio Martinez. After that he had a couple good wins over old Mosley and old Judah...how in the world you think Cotto resume better than Bud IDK...

Spence, Porter, Gamboa, Postol, Brook, and probably Mean Machine beat Margarito especially without wraps.

Speaking of ducking questions, "Pookie", dont duck this post:
