Damn, DAZN has it´s issues but the amount of boxing they put on is really good.
11 cards this month, thus far.
    17 cards in June.

Looks like Turki is going to merge all the promotions into one.

This is quality for domestic boxing. Let's hope we see more inter promotion fights.

Wasn’t Frank as recently as last year calling DAZN DEADzone and just an app that no one watches seems to have changed his tune pretty fast

And then His Excellency came along and Warren is the happiest lad in the 7 seas. Money talks and old Frankie got bought up.

But on a more serious note: DAZN and Saudi have kinda removed a lot of competitiveness from the UK market. They have created an incentive for Frank and Eddie to work together, which benefits both. They are no longer fighting over TV deals or venues. All they have to picker over is the local talent.

Just like Wilder didn't want to fight for DAZN when he ducked AJ, but ultimately came home to fight for the slave master Eddie Hearn xD

I’m not complaining about promoters working together just shows the fickle nature of the business

DAZN have had stretches where's not enough content but feel they have been strong this year.

If it's the closest thing we can get to an "Association"/"Federation"/"League" for professional boxing, I'm okay with it. Putting the promotions all into one platform eliminates many of the excuses for the best not facing the bests as often as we see it in the other major sports like Basketball, Football, Baseball, Soccer, etc....

We are basically heading back to the glory days of HBO. One major network working with the biggest promoters.
And the great thing about DAZN is that they broadcast a **** ton of small shows. If they can keep it up, a lot of people will sign up.

Yea, I recently signed up for DAZN a the beginning of the summer. I must say I am more than satisfied with the investment as a boxing fan.

More content is always good, but the reality is any card of interest has been getting slung on PPV these days.

So is this good news, or just 'meh' news?

I wouldn't be surprised if his eminence ends up buying DAZN.
