Opetaia shreds Billam-Smith for ducking him

Hahahah, as someone that lives in NSW this made me laugh. NSW gotta be one of the most suburban, middle class safe havens on the planet.

 

I live in Rockdale lad you live in Sydney? You been to the Druitt? Bankstown? Campbelltown? Anywhere is Western or South Sydney?

 

Haha yeah live Sydney too. Beautiful place. Know Rockdale a bit. Have friends that live close by in Kogarah and Sans Souci.

Wouldn’t want to live anywhere else. Even the “rough” areas are hardly the Gaza Strip ey. And the nice areas out in the eastern subs and northern beaches are really f***ing nice. Hard to find a city as beautiful as Sydney tbh.

 

Correct , hence his reluctance to get in there with Opetaia, people sound surprised by this but it been going on for centuries.

 

This is slander. CBS has consistently been fighting his heart out, many times with the deck stacked against him while Jai has been on a bum of the month tour.

I for one was very happy to see not just Opetaia but everyone on DAZN yesterday calling Billam-Smith out. The Cruiser belts need to be consolidated; too much alphabet-soup going on there.

 

Billam Smith is busy filling out his local arenas and headlining Sky Sports events and making good money.

He isn't even bothered about unifying or fighting Opateia.

Plenty of money to be made domestically for him.

 

Then he should stop referring to himself as the best cruiserweight on the planet. He’s not. And he’s running from the guy who is.

Yea, it is disappointing though. If the guy is making good money already and doesn’t want his head bounced around the canvas then Jai is the guy to stay away from. It is a horrible stylistic matchup for Smith after all.

 

It's not a matter of marinating the fight. It isn't really particularly nuanced, what I am saying. CBS doesn't want the smoke. That is definitionally what the thread is about. Instead of crying about it, Jai can collect a couple of the other belts and build demand for the fight.

 

And again, and again, and again...its not about the fighters, its about the belts. build momentum. He can't insist CBS fight him right now, so go to plan B. Collect belts and build momentum.
