They were both terrible, neither man looked good. Chisora looked like a walking corpse for the last 6 rounds of the fight, and could only muster a few wild hooks per round, while being comprehensively outworked and out jabbed. Chisora that master boxer, looked on the verge of death and sounded even worse in the post fight interview, clearly Joe's shots were having an effect. It isn't a robbery, but cut the ****.... at best Derek won 95-94 due to the knockdown.

In my opinion both men should retire for the sake of their health. Both pushing 40 and been in a ton of wars (so.e forget all the hard amateurs Joyce had) time to hang them up imo.

When you get hit over and over with right hands it’s time to retire.

Both defo need to retire. But there's so much dosh available that Chisora ain't even thinking about it. Plus his tails so up and rigid stiff tonight that he'll personally & mentally dine out on it like you wouldn't believe.

    Chisora's buzzing...

It's unbelievable Chisora didn't die of a heart attack in there, he looked absolutely spent since round 3 and kept swinging massive bombs

Good win by Jizzora, albeit I'm not completely okay with those cards. With this victory, the fourth fight with Tyson Fury is almost guarented. First heavyweight tetralogy since the great series between Ezzard Charles and Jersey Joe Walcott. I can almost picture the bill of the fight.

Tyson Fury vs. Dereck Jizzora IV - Jizz time this is personal.

But on a serious note. The fight was pretty terrible.

Wardley Chisora would be good, don't think Chisora is in this game for world titles tbh, the AJ/Dubois/Fury/Usyk fights won't happen for him. Rematch with Kabayel maybe? Dunno.

Maybe even Chisora v someone like the winner of Anderson/Bakole or someone like Ruiz/Miller.

As for Joyce it's a difficult one, maybe if AJ beats Dubois then he'll try and chase that rematch?

After his commentary shift, Wardley will go back the dad, punch him up a few more times…

I am telling you, looping hooks are the best way to win fights. They are eye catching and powerful, meaning more likely to be favored by judges.

I like you Noel, you know that. But please, don't pull that card. Every week these RBR's are filled with people who are absolutely appalled by the judges scorecards, including you. But the one time they agree with you, you attempt to use it as a truncheon to batter people who disagree with your scorecard, isn't cool. So yeah.... clearly their scorecards matter more, because it determines the winner, but that doesn't invalidate everyone's opinions who saw it differently, and there were clearly quite a few that had it in Joe's favor. It was a wildly pro-Chisora crowd, Joe is seen as expendable and a spent force, so they went with the sentimental favorite.

I score fights on clean hard effective punches and certainly the only man who did that all night was Chisora.

Yes Joyce did outwork him in some rounds but all the eye catching punches that were snapping Joyce's head back were coming from Chisora.

It helps that most judges are easily impressed casuals.
