    1. Usyk
    2. Parker
    3. Joshua
    4. Fury
    5. Dubois
    6. Zhang
    7. Kabayel
    8. Bakole
    9. Chisora
    10. Hunter

This is actually a pretty good division, considering that you have Wilder, Ruiz, Miller, Joyce, Gassiev, Wallin, Sanchez, Ajagba, Huni, Whyte, Anderson, Ortiz, Makhmudov, Hrgovic, Jalalov and other notables on deck to get back in.

Maybe the best in 30 years.

I reckon I'd swap Hrgovic for Hunter.

Usyk Fury and AJ are still clearly a level above the rest.

I don't completely disagree but Fury has not won a meaningful fight in two years. I can't put him higher than I did.

I’d swap Kabayel and Bakole around as I rate his recent wins better, but otherwise this is a perfect list.

    Usyk

    Joshua
    Fury

    Parker

    Zhang & Dubois

The rest are either not active enough, too clearly declined or not proven enough to convince me to rank them in the 7-10 positions.

Bakole's best win is 42 year old Takam.
Kabayel's best win is still Chisora on a bad night.
These guys look good, but they're not proven enough and get overrated for having despatched overhyped and underproven fighters with ease.

Whyte pissed hot, hasn't beaten anyone good for a few years.
Chisora is old, very battle worn and clearly a long way past his best.
Joyce is clearly declined, lost to borderline shot Chisora and was always overhyped to begin with (albeit with a decent record overall).
These guys are more proven, but not really convincing at the moment - and might never be again.

Then you have the underproven hypejobs who have done less again and yet still get on some people's lists...
Hrgovic, Jalolov, Anderson (before Bakole), etc.

He lost to Suslenkov and was not convincing against Chaney. How on earth do you see him in the top 10?

I'd bet it's because he beat Bakole... :elefant:

    ... Six years ago.

Can't see what else it'd be when he's been irrelevant for several years - ridiculous.

TBH if they all fought one another once they'd all have losses but that being said Usyk is clear number 1, I'd have AJ at number 2 then the rest.

I'm not on love with it but the Suslenkov fight is currently not recognized. A lot of IBA fights are considered exhibitional.

The Chaney win may not be convincing, but it is a win against a WBA top ten fighter, whether we would agree with that or not. On the balance, its a hell of a lot better than coming of a loss like Hrgovic, Wilder or Joyce...a dodgy draw like Ruiz...a nothing win like Wallin or Whyte, etc.

I mean, look at the other names that people are replacing him with: Hrgovic, Miller, Wallin...what have those guys done lately that is better?

Same to you. Nothing ridiculous about it. It represents the reality of someone who is winning and back in line for a shot.
