I'd also argue he isn't even top 10 yet as his best wins are Martin, Forrest and Merhy which is not a resume that deserves top 10 consideration. You could make a case for Chisora, Joyce and Whyte ranking above him based on resume, though clearly Joyce and Whyte have dropped off a lot but Anderson hasn't even proved he's better than a past it Whyte or Joyce.

Even if he beats Bakole I still wouldn't rank him top 7, as Bakole isn't even top 10 for me.

Convincing win over Martin is his standout performance, but Martin was never that great and was/is pretty much journeyman level by the time that fight happened.... But what has Jared done since? Very little.
