Well that was the entire point of the godddamn post, right? I state that i've only seen the highlights...but there's not any reasons the highlights ever favor the foreigner with zero draw appeal...they favor the guy can go on to make mega-matchups. Eastern European foreigners never ever win decisions against black american stars (or those they want to be stars) we know that for a fact I simply saying that for years on this board I have a remarkable agreement for scoring fights as CST does, and if he's saying he saw Crawford lose.... i really do need to see the whole fight.
"There's not any reasons the highlights ever favor the foreigner with zero draw appeal"......who are you fooling. The production of this fight was massively occupied by a foreign staff. Most of the people that covered the media and marketing for this fight weren't born in the states. And the highlights of a fight is at the discretion of the maker of the video. If the MAKER OF THE VIDEO has a certain opinion of the fight and/or fighter, the clips he put together will represent that. I make highlight videos for my athletes I coach all the time, from basketball, to football, to boxing.......It's to paint a perception of what that specific athlete is capable of. Make him eye candy to the viewer, whether that's to a recruitment coach or the general public. I personally went into this fight thinking that Madrimov was going to bring the fight to Crawford based on the few fights I've seen of him. I didn't expect for him to be so passive to almost look like he was too afraid to engage in the first 6/7 rounds. Listening to the commentators before, during, and after the fight, you can tell they were all in on pushing the notion that Madrimov is THAT GUY over the 3 division champ he was facing. Hell, the very first comment they started the fight off with in round one was about Madrimov being "so much bigger" than Crawford. Talking about how big his back was......Because they couldn't talk about his punching or combinations because he was doing nothing but "pump faking" for the first 2 minutes. Crawford threw a straight within 5 seconds of the bell (similar to what Porter did to him). The commentators said nothing. There was even a point in which Porter explained what was going on in the ring and the other two start a "Rah Rah" for Madrimov after he landed a clean punch. They called Porter's name and he just went silent as you can tell he was getting frustrated trying to keep neutral. It was dead silence from all 3 for like 12 seconds. When Mannix showed his score cards after the 7th round having Madrimov up 4 rounds to 3, Porter blatantly said, he wasn't sure what he was looking at and described in detail why it is that Crawford is up 6 rounds to 1. This is a man who has experience in the ring and has fought Crawford. Madrimov would throw a punch and land on Crawford, they explode with compliments, ignoring the fact that the punch was followed by 3 counters from Crawford. Even the punch stats had Crawford being out landed going into the 4th, which was crazy, because Madrimov WASN'T THROWING MUCH OF ANYTHING early in the fight. Honestly, I didn't have Madrimov winning a round until the mid rounds. Round 4 could have been a swing round based on how he ended the round. Hope and pray that someone gets Teddy Atlas back on the mic. He's always been knowledgeable in explaining the action in the ring for the fans watching without being a cheerleader for either fighter.
I had even going into the championship rounds. Bud sealed the deal in rds 11 and 12. I think he should forget about Canelo.
Kids like that are just begging for attention. Mom is too busy watching her stories and dad has to work late. Kids like that will say anything to get a reaction. Pat him on the head and keep walking.
Your the best scorer on here? Totally BS! Don't take it for granted. Most people said it was a close fight and it should have been a draw but you scored 116 -112 for Madrimov. Which fight did you watch?
No you jackass, I scored it 115-113. Said it could've been scored 116-112. Regardless, I'm a far better scorer than you. Now stop stalking me with your creepy attempts at gotcha games.
Got angry with me? C'mon man... I'm sorry if I'm making you mad or hurting your feeling but I don't hate you. I swear to God. You just always said something that I totally disagreed particularly your predictions on big fights. Anyway I didn't mean to make you angry but I always make things straight mate. If you get this then we both can still talk to each other. There have been many things you said that I agreed with you. You got to know this.
Weird how you always conveniently ignore the ones I get right, and hyper fixate on the ones I barely get wrong. I predicted Bakole would KO Anderson in the fifth, he did. I predicted Miller would dominate Ruiz, he got a draw in Ruiz's hometown, but won wide on everyone else's cards. I predicted Valenzuela would beat Cruz, he did. I predicted Madrimov would be a stylistic nightmare and would give Crawford hell and possibly beat him, on many people's cards he did, including mine. While obviously, he didn't win. But the fact that he got two 115-113 score cards in his favor from the official judges, reflects just how goddamn close he came. I'd say that was far closer to being right, than all of you derpy assholes who reflexively and unthinkingly went with the A side, saying it would be a walk in the park and Bud would KO him with ease. So sit your ass down and shut the **** up. You're not some ****ing sage or know how to read a fight because you went with the obvious pick.
