Saying you are the best heavyweight in this generation isn't really saying much since this is by far the worst era in the modern era of the heavyweight division.

Firstly by your definition when did the "modern era of the heavyweight division start? 2000's?

Which was pretty much solely Lennox retirement era, Vlad and pretty much defined early by Wlad dominance before Fury slapped him around like he was a bum who didn't know how to box. Wlad's era was the weakest. Stick Bakole in with Wlad's entire resume and he comes out on top drinking a beer and smocking a 20 pack. Fury saved HW boxing in the modern era it's not debatable. God bless Usyk for coming around to really put the final touch with pedigree and class to raise both him and Fury's profile of this era to such a high level which they can retire on. Meanwhile Wlad retired on nothing he retired on the length of his reign nothing else. Not excitement or quality of resume. He had a chance by chinning AJ but he flopped there.

Lol I have been watching boxing since the 1970's. I consider that the true beginning of the modern heavyweight era. If anything I should ask you that question. You seem like the kind of "boxing" fan who think boxing just started recently.

Wlad was 40 years old. Fury didn't slap him around. Lol he landed 86 punches in 12 rounds against a 40 year old timid guy who turned pro in the 1990's.

Bakole was knocked out by Michael Hunter. Bakole has done nothing with his career besides beat Anderson.

Usyk beat a old Chazz Witherspoon, a old Derek Chisora in a fight he struggled. Then got a title shot against a mentally Damaged Anthony Joshua who almost lost to a 41 year old Wlad. Usyk then beat Daniel Dubois the same guy who almost lost to Kevin Lerena. Then Usyk beat Fury.

Who did Fury beat? A old 40 year old Wlad and Deontay Wilder. That is pretty much his career.

Either you are trolling for attention or you really don't know much about boxing. This era is by far the worse era for heavyweights in the modern era

Usyk is an ATG and a bonafide legend of the game, but I certainly would not write off Tyson Fury. Looking forward to the rematch.

Unlike so many other rematches that are borne out of mandatory rematch clauses, this is a rematch that is actually worthy of attention.

I think you'll see a different Fury in the rematch and he controlled much of the first fight. He won't be clowning around. I can't wait. The first fight lived up to all the hype.

I really think Usyk finishes him this time. Fury will come out more aggressive and eventually walk right into another atomic Usyk left hand. But this time… Usyk sets up the finish better. Have a feeling it will be an uppercut as Fury hangs on. Then he finishes him with a flurry after Tyson gets up.

I really hope Usyk hangs em up after this. Nothing left to prove. But IF he does fight that goon joshua again… EVERYTHING on Usyk’s terms. Everything. Ring size, location, ref, judges… IDGAF… Everything. Usyk’s THE CHAMP and he’s earned it. Absolutely NO special treatment for ****ing ‘AJ’
