    That could have been ruled a knockdown. It was top/back of the head, and really it just affected Ortíz's balance as he was already ducking and forced his knee to brush the canvas more than it actually hurt - but still.

    Even the ref seemed to change his mind about his on-the-field call, leaning over the ropes to ask the commission if they wanted to review that with slow motion replay to determine whether it should've been ruled a knockdown.
