Floyd has a few strange picks

Is he wearing fishnets, lingerie and women's shoes like Oscar did? If no then it's hardly worth watching

He's just craving attention and making weird statements like that gets it done

 

To be fair I agree with most of his picks and you can see he is taking a few seconds to think before answering.

 

Before some people get upset: head-to-head matchups have little bearing on all-time rankings.

GGG is a nightmare for any MW in history. That doesnt mean that he beats every MW in history but they would all know theyve been in a fight. Despite being a head-to-head terror for any/every MW in history GGG is a fringe ATG MW. He barely beat Canelo (7-5) in their first fight and got favorable judging against Jacobs and Dervenchenko.

GGG is NOT the GOAT MW and probably closer to a fringe ATG MW. His power simply didnt translate at the top levels and there's at least a dozen MWs I see really troubling him. Nonetheless, I can see GGG outright stopping a few ATG MWs that are ranked above him.

So, yes, someone can pick Lennox Lewis to beat Ali and still have Ali ranked higher ATG.

In saying all that, Floyd is an idiot. He literally pretends he's the GOAT. He had JCC Jr Top 3 which is simply too high (on his Deportes interview) and his rankings in general are all ****ed up. Floyd is a fringe Top 25 ATG

Without the assistance of the NSAC, Vegas Judges & referees Floyd would not reach the top hundred by himself not going to mention the roids lol

I thought his picks were pretty spot on honestly.

The only one I really disagree with is Joshua over Vitali.

Vitali vs Tyson & Lewis vs Ali are debatable but you can make a case for either fighter so picking one or the other isn't a bad pick.

The Ali vs Lewis was a surprising one. Not terrible analysis going into these picks.

 

He lost to JLC in 1st fight and mayve lost to Maidana in 1st fight. A draw against old DLH wasnt out of the question.

Floyd is a Top 25 ATG. Those who rank him as the GOAT expose themselves for the simpletons they are.

Brother, you post a link to the accursed /r boxing where I read this line: he seemed biased about Frazier though, Frazier had heart and unreal toughness but the modern boxers would probably piece him up due to skill. (Floyd Mayweather paid for Joe Frazier's funeral).
