If Michael Spinks boxes intelligently and assertively as he did against Holmes he could probably take a decision
Michael knew how to win and be a champion. Tucker had the size and decent chin but he could let round go by.. I would pick Michael by SD
If Tucker fired up and showed some assertiveness and aggression i think he could take it, but when did he? There's a good chance Spinks outworks him. One really knows how to chase and find the W and one doesn't.
