If tank would retire now he’d go down as having one of the most underwhelming careers of any fighter ever.

 

That would require being remembered... And he wouldn't be.

 

Not good for the psyche to introduce thoughts of retirement/quitting. Tank just screwed himself.

It really is pathetic that not Tank, Haney, Lopez, Shakur none of them have fought each other and it doesn't look like they will anytime soon.

 

They all spend too much time messing around at different weights.

 

I actually give Teo a decemt chance at beating him.

 

Yup, lightweights and heavyweights had a chance to fill in the voide left by pac and floyd but they chose to duck

 

Remember when Stephen King retired and then wrote like seven hundred books that no one has ever heard of?

 

That’s been pretty obvious for years now. He’s set things up for himself where he gets a couple million for fighting a no hope once or twice a year.

 

I think he’s aware that his style only works if you can get your opponent out of there and you obviously can’t ko most elite opponents. We’ve only seen him go the distance with B level Cruz and he barely scraped by. He probably knows he’d drop a decision or two if he happened to go the distance with A level opponents.

 

Yeah that is not a bad point and it is probably why he has avoided Loma up until now but I think he is too physical for Haney and Shakur I reckon he gets them both out of there.
Teo would be his biggest challenge IMO he is a lot tougher physically than Haney and Shakur and he can also crack hard himself.

 

Yup.

It's not sport, it's a grift.
It's not about making the best fights and proving superiority, it's about protecting zeros and cultivating brain-dead fanbases to feed the bank manager.

He's not the first, he won't be the last... That people on an enthusiast board who claim to love the sport will defend this **** as if it weren't a cancer on the sport blows my mind.
