Yeh, nah. I think these fighters above actually have to earn a payday by fighting each other to raise their profile. Messing around for years, and avoiding their immediate peers to minimize the chance of a loss, shouldn't pay off like that.
Jalolov should earn his "chance" by working through the levels like everyone else. In his case, that means finding a reasonable declined journeyman or completely shot former-gatekeeper (like Wach, etc)... Either of these would be a huuuge step up from what he's done as a pro so far. I'll believe it when I see it, though.
