Sign me up...Clottey is the real deal.

    Williams
    Margorito
    Clottey

I see Clottey as #3 right now...and I'd favor him in a rematch over Margorito. I also would pick him over Cotto. Williams is a harder fight and would be Joshua's toughest test.

"JOSHUA CLOTTEY WANTS MARGARITO REMATCH ASAP
    By G. Leon

GL: Congrats on your victory, can you give us some thoughts on your performance? "I think I was trying to wear him down. We were thinking that he's going to get tired in five rounds. But I did what I had to do to win the fight."

GL: Was there anything about Zab Judah that surprised you?

JC: "He fought well and fought like the old Zab Judah. When I was expecting him to get tired he was still going and trying his best and that surprised."

GL: Did you think you were going to knock him out had the fight continued?

JC: "I know he wasn't going to make twelve rounds. My trainer told me to step up, from round nine to twelve I was going to go all out and I was going to knock him out. I was fighting at a regular pace."

GL: When the fight was first waved off you reacted as though you won by knockout. What was going through you head when you figured out they were going to the cards?

JC: "I was thinking, what's going on? I didn't hit him with my head. He was using my head more than I was. When they did that, I was like wow, how can this happen. I know he was throwing his jab and I knew it was a good fight, so I was a little worried. I didn't want to leave it to the judges."

GL: What does becoming champion mean to you?

JC: "It means a lot because I've been struggling my whole life to become champion. Now people will know I am champion and I'm going to look to make fights with everybody who don't want to fight me.

GL: Who do you want to fight the most?

JC: "Margarito. We have to fight again to prove that my hand caused me to lose that fight. I really want to fight with Margarito."

Yeah, the guy has pretty much wanted to fight Margarito from the time he beat Cotto. Margarito has never seemed particularly intersted in fighting Clottey or Williams. Both are pretty tough for him. And neither would be nearly as lucrative as Oscar.

Multiple news sources reporting Cotto vs Clottey is ON for June!

Much much, MUCH respect to Cotto for once again choosing to fight the best out there, and taking on Clottey who has been avoided for several months, he will have his hands more then full. :good:good:good:thumbsup

So beating a fighter you don't think highly of in Cotto, as evidence by your threads and posts, proves to the world how good he really is?

You can't even keep track of the **** you say...

Clottey is a beast. Cotto is even more of a beast for fighting him and not having to. Who will Cotto go after next, Paul freakin' Williams?

Very durable, athletic freak, with an above-average defense to boot... fits well at 147, loooks strong and big there... punches hard enough to wear down opponents... will give everyone a tough time with his durability, strength, and defense, but should be listed as a solid b-level contender at best.

IMO, Williams, Cotto, Mosley should beat him.. against others, more than a good chance.

This thread reminds me of the ''Margarito Express'' before the Cotto fight there where only about 4 or 6 of us on board:verysad
