No he didn't, he opened up w/ big flurries midway through rounds 8 & 9 but Lopez had him on the defensive again throughout the 1st & 3rd minutes of each round. It's not "clear" that Loma won those rounds at all let alone "more clearly" than Lopez's rounds.

 

It was pretty clear Lopez landed nothing significant those rounds while Loma was onloading on him rewatch it and you'll see

 

He landed significantly enough that Loma reverted to just retreating & covering up for long stretches of both rounds.

 

That's not true rewatch those rounds they were all Loma you seem to have a faulty memory of the fight
