Inoue's resume is just too weak to seriously be placed over Usyk or Bud

Fulton is easily one of his top 3 best wins. Manny Rodriguez and 38yo Donaire the only ones arguably better.

And he just got nearly KOd and robbed Castro. He's had other decisions he couldve lost too and this is one of Inoues premier wins. The talent on Inoues resume is just too poor to be ranked over Usyk and Bud.

Narvaez, Moloney, Tapales add some solid merit but without truly top tier wins they just look flat in comparison. Likes of Butler, Doheny, Dasmarinas, Payano, McDonnell are just lol...

Inoue missed out on the Roman, SSR, Estrada, Cuadras etc and for WBSS he didnt fight Mthalane or Tete who besides Donaire were the best talents he couldve fought. He missed alot of names and his resume is just kinda ass for such an elite operator and talent.

He cant seriously be ranked over Usyk or Bud. Bam is making a strong push to be ranked over him soon with the scalps hes collecting and winner of Beterbiev and Bivol could easily be ranked over him too. Inoue just doesnt have a real argument for P4P number 1.

You do know that the only 2 people that beat Carlos Castro was Luis Nery and Brandon Figueroa right? And the Nery loss was as questionable as his loss to Fulton, as far as his TKO loss to Figueroa, it wasn't going his way, but the stoppage was absolutely atrocious. This is the same Nery that Inoue brutally KO'd, and the same Figueroa that Fulton fought on even terms with. So the only thing that tonight proved, is not that Fulton is a bum, but that Carlos Castro is around the same level as Fulton, Figueroa and Nery, two of which were obliterated by The Monster, so cool it with the hyperbolic reactionary bull****.

Usyk’s best wins are fury and Joshua. Fury’s best win is Wilder who got shutout after. Joshua got beat by an extremely overweight on short notice Ruiz. He does have the cruiserweight run so I do believe he should be pfp#1. Then there’s Crawford, who would his best wins be? An Errol Spence after that bad accident who looked like a zombie? Or Shawn porter who lost against the other top guys at ww? I think any of the 3 have their own claim so I don’t see it as crazy to say Inoue is on top. I favor Usyk but to each their own.

Briedis and Gassiev are arguably Usyks best wins IMO

Wilder is not a better win then dethroning Klitschko.

And both AJ n Fury are better than Fulton.

Agreed. Fulton sucks and he sucked before Inoue predictably kicked his ass as well.

Usyks cruiser run and moving up to beat AJ and Fury blows anything either of the other two have done out of the water. I cant see it any other way.

Bud and Inoue are closer. It’s too bad the version of Spence that Bud beat was so clearly off.. I suppose that makes his best win Postol maybe?

Inoues best win is old man Donaire who was still excellent - but also a decade past his best.

I mean, I have it PfP...

    1. Usyk
    2. Bud
    3. Monster

And the reason that I have Inoue 3rd is resume. But I am not strongly dogmatic about it, and you can do the resume deconstruction on anyone. Inoue also gains some points for style.

These are the three guys doing what they need to do to be remembered.

i agree. People are underrating Usyk by saying his best wins are Joshua and Fury. People keep bringing up the Ruiz loss but Joshua avenged it. Joshua had only lost 1 fight prior to Usyk while Fury had lost none. And we can't forget Usyk's win over Bredis and Gassiev.

Crawford is ranked 3rd by many simply because he isn't active enough. Eventually activity was going to play a role. He's been fighting once a year for the last 5 years while Inoue is pushing for 3 this year. If Crawford was more active he would be ranked higher.

    Delusional!

You do know that best wins are not necessarily your most difficult fights? Usyk win over fury trumps anything anyone can say in here. Bulls***

The only person I wouldn’t argue to be put in front of Inoue is Usyik. So I don’t know the point of this thread.

If talking resume, Usyk yes - but Bud? Bud's resume is hardly an murderer's row of elite opponents, and most of his best wins have asterisks beside them.

I'd argue that Inoue's resume is on par with Crawfords

Ryoichi Taguchi, Adrian Hernandez, Jamie McDonnell, Emmanuel Rodriguez and Jason Moloney are all arguably better than Fulton.
And like Donaire; Taguchi, Rodriguez and Moloney went on to win more belts. I seriously doubt Fulton will ever be champion again.

Taguchi is problably his second best win.
