Golovkin said that he'd do 154 for Floyd.

Now whether he'd be able to do that and remain effective is another story. But the offer was there.

Canelo was already a LtHW titleholder. You don't get to wina belt and then claim you don't belong there.

Hard disagree. He knew Canelo was on the limit and that the extra couple of LB would have done him in. There's a reason Canelo played weight games his whole career after that. You don't seriously think ginger fought over every lb just for the sake of arguing do you?
When Canelo went up in weight his power and stamina both improved a lot.

"He knew Canelo was on the limit" Canelo fought no different in the general timeframe this fight happened. Therfor Canelo likely would've got schooled regardless, because he wasn't lethargic and drained in the ring. Canelo doesn't even make these excuses, you're doing it for him, he admits Mayweather was too good in recent interviews

Canelos stamina has always been suspect ? Bro hasn't had a KO since Plant despite being larger than he was at 160. That doesnt mean his power diminished, that's stylistical. Canelo always had decent power respective to his weight classes

There are extreme Floyd haters but extreme Floyd dick riders who think he is perfect. He beat Canelo yes it was a great performance but to deny that Canelo was compromised is ridiculous. He did not lose to Oscar or Maidana but he certainly lost to Castillo but credit to him for giving an immediate rematch and winning.

Canelo needs to rematch Bivol, fight Beterbiev or Benevidez. That's it. He's ducking all those fights.

Yes because Canelo has never used size to his advantage

Where the **** do you people come from? Canelo has been a weight bully for 75% of his career.

Floyd was the dude that was going on about how GGG was "easy work". But when the time came and GGG said that he'd make the fight at Floyd's weight... PBF had to curl his hair, urgently.

Golovkin fought the champion at 168 wtf are you on about ...

He never fought at 168 when there were many lucrative fights, instead hanging around 160

You can bash Floyd about many things, but not GGG who was way bigger

GGG would be extremely easy work if Floyd was a couple inches taller and walked around at 15lb heavier

The only reason ggg wins is because size
Imagine GGG fighting beterbiev or someone bigger again?

Also when did GGG step up to fight the champion at 168?

Third Canelo fight I think. His last payday after which he stays inactive, retired you may say.

    :bandit: smoke less weed dude.

If Beterbiev offered to come down to 160 I'm sure he would have.
