Look on boxrec if you want to see Fury's resume.

Joshua has been to exposed by another Ruiz level fighter. Discounting a 2 years retired Waldo his best win is an ancient Povetkin.

I have a feeling Chico that AJ is gonna be one of those fighters who don’t know when to quit. Come back and start rebuilding, fight a few journeymen, get in the ring with an actual contender, lose, repeat. Eddie is gonna keep milking the AJ comeback story for as long as people buy it.

sorry I’m a Joshua fan but he’s been outfought tonight.
I could forgive him the shock loss to Ruiz but he’s shown the same weakness tonight and made the same mistake in chasing the stoppage after landing one big shot. He was reckless in doing so against Ruiz but stupid to do it tonight against Dubois, he hasn’t learned the lesson.
    Thanks for the memories AJ
    Time to retire

It is granite, but Usyk also has the best defence and sees the punches coming so he can roll with them.

Haven't picked against him in quite some time. I picked him over Wallin, Franklin, Pulev and Helenius, I knocked that nonsense off after Usyk beat him twice.

Aj was overawed so I guess I get to say I picked a DDD KO, kinda, late.

DDD was getting good work in, AJ had Helenius and Franklin for God's sake.

Aj peaked at Usyk. He looked stiff and anxious walking out so there was only going to be one victor.

AJ couldn't deal with a solid jab from a big man, so there's the blue print if you even need one at this point. Dubois' left hook did look great. DDD needed to put it on him tonight, pressure, combination punching and he did exactly that.

AJ needs some defensive work. That was pretty bad ...in combination with a egg shell chin that's leaking yoke.

I think Parker might beat him and Zhang, Bakole is a nightmare match up.

The rematch will be interesting if AJ comes out swinging like a madman.

I'm glad he kept his cool...what a weird thjng to say , almost non sensical. He's got ego and security issues and doesn't get he's no longer flavour of the month

    I can dig that.

Honestly, I think the top guys are pretty good, but it’s everyone else that looks like things have went downhill.. with the heavyweights, I feel like Usyk and Fury could hang in any era though.

It’s wild when I watch fighters from past eras, especially between say the 70s and 90s, it seemed like almost everyone could fight, had good skills, rhythm, etc.. I mean you can watch guys who were clearly brought to be opponents, and can see they could fight - not just guys who were top ranked.

What makes me think that AJ would win vs Dubois if he survives the first 3 rounds without being rocked is the way he was able to set up good traps even standing KO. The snap in his right hand even standing KO. How he managed to really hurt Dubois in 2 rounds even standing KO. Dubois was extremelly lucky in this fight. First because he connected the perfect shot in the first round. Second because it is a miracle he didnt go to sleep when he took AJ's punch right before the fight finished.

They're two stiff glass jawed roiding body builder bums. It's true that AJ got humiliated here in a largely lopsided fashion. But at least when he's on point there's a vague resemblance to a world class boxer. Dubois' 3 fight winning streak is impressive, but he's looked terrible and vulnerable each time all the same. The rematch clause is the usual Hearn BS. But it'd be silly to count AJ out in a rematch.

Dubois won every second of every round except, ironically, 10 seconds before he ended it.

This isn't a case of one punch switching the momentum. It was a superior boxer mauling an inferior fighter.

That only makes sense if you fully write Dubios off. He was landing that jab at will before the knockdown and was waiting for opportunities to unload.

Big respect to AJ for not quitting and showing heart. He landed a great shot before getting knocked out.

There's still loads of Dosh in the AJ brand. The Saudis will probably swallow another 2 or 3 losses before bailing out.

He was not outfought. He was ko'd, but the referee allowed him to continue standing KO. Ofc he was outboxed while standing KO, but it means nothing. The fight should have been stopped way way earlier, even in the first round. And I hate AJ, I'm no fan at all.

Well, some lucky betmaker made a nice pile of $$ tonight....

    And a very somber-looking Eddie....

What is Eddie now... like, 0-10 vs. Frank....? :)

It was a different time. I don't think they develop fighters the way they did back then. Guys paid their dues and learned their craft, and that's why you can observe the difference in skill level you note.
