That first punch landed so square and clean. AJ didn't manage to ride it even 1mm.

Daniel is on his way to stardom and will make loads of Dosh also. I remember people instantly writing Dubois off after his Usyk loss. I literally made posts how that was everything wrong with boxing. Young fighters don't get the chance to develop against skilled fighters, because of this nonsense mindset that you are done when you've lost 1 bout.

It's good to be proven this way that up and comers deserve to grow. Dubois looked incredible.

At certain level, cracking someone in round 1 is not something that can be done consistently. It has a component of luck. In round 1 everybody is too fresh in the ring. If the other fighter doesnt do anything stupid, like getting sloppy and understimating his oponent, at certain level it is not something that can be repeated consistently.

What does Joshua do better than Dubois exactly?

I think Bakole would get stopped by him he dosn't have quick enough feet and comes in about 20 stone good fight though and would like to see it. Zhang has now been exposed as having zero stamina but a heavy punch so i give him a punches chance and TBH i dont rate Kabayel at all..... Lets just face facts that the HW division is **** poor with Usyk now getting on, Fury very much on the decline and AJ and Wilder shot to bits.
We have 'Massive nights' of DDD vs Bakole or DDD vs Kabayel or the Epic DDD vs Parker to look forward to. Lets be honest the HW division is going to be **** poor 2 years from now.

Setting traps, for example, and by far. Even standing KO he was able to catch him with them.

He was momentarily hurt just like Marquez was against Pacquiao, and just like Marquez he backed away, while evading punches, he baited him in, had his right hand cocked, walked him into that shot and knocked him the **** out. I have no idea what the hell you're talking about but you sound insane. Time to take a nap dude. It's clearly been a long day for you.

I think Dubois just has his number. The Ruiz loss had a flukiness to it. This feels different.

Joshua was under immense pressure from the first second of the first round. Dubois well well in control before the KD.

The disregarding of fighters losing one bout is nuts in general, but especially young guys like Dubois. This guy is only 27 and he's already got one of the better resumes of the active top guys!

I also always thought it was harsh to write him off because it was like the context was always ignored. His losses came to one of the best of this generation of Heavyweights, and the other because he got his ****ing eye broken in a fight he was otherwise winning in the eyes of a lot of folks. If that can't catch a break what can

Yeah that Marquez KO is exactly what I thought of when I saw it. It's almost identical.

Going home from Wembley had a few quid on an AJ KO but Dubois was relentless and this must now be the end of AJ at the elite level

I would also like to add seeing AJ crawling back to the corner and using his stool to get up was a thing of beauty. I half thought the ref was going to help him or Hearn was going to jump in and pick him up.

Could be poor or an exciting musical chairs division between vulnerable champions if no clear cash cow emerges and no ducking is occuring(a lot to ask for I know but possible in a chaotic environment)

Luckily he was also able to crack him in rounds 2, 3 and 4 as well.

Something tells me those sparring stories wheren't all fluff.
