Why the hell did you put Botha in this list? He had very low, Chris Byrd-like, KO% and hadn't stopped a single top 100 fighter in 63 pro fights. His power was average at very best

I want this rematch, so I can lose another bundle of BF24 bucks and be humiliated in front of my family and friends again. Maybe I am a masochist at heart?

Losing to Dubois again, will only hurt his last significant fight with Fury.

No, he should wait for Fury Usyk dust to settle. Fight Miller or Wilder in the meantime.

Cash out against Fury, maybe rematch clause in there.

At this point, I would like to see him fight for fun, maybe take another run at a belt when the titles split up, and then come to Dubois for a champ vs champ rematch.

But he'll take the rematch and get rolled again. Usyk taught him nothing.

I think Joshua has a bit of LL in him and phoned in his camp. He got humiliated much like LL did a couple of times. While I don't think Joshua is anywhere near as good as LL was, he'll train 10/10 intensity for the rematch and might be able to perform at a much higher level. If DuBois maintains focus I'd pick him to win, but I suspect it will be more difficult. And what if DuBois falters under the influence of massive, intoxicating smoke being blown up his ass? Is he proof against that? What if he discovers carnitas?

No, he did that vs Usyk which was a mistake, you need time to rebuild, jumping back in after such a one sided fight is always dumb. It wasn't competitive and he isn't going to be able to turn it around that quickly.

But he might do it, he seems to care too much about how he's viewed which is why he took the immediate Usyk rematch, which again was dumb. It's why he acts out when losing, why he unravelled after the 2nd Usyk loss, he cares too much about his image to the fans and not enough about doing what it actually takes to get better. He's more concerned by marketing than boxing.

In my opinion it's either he goes for the rematch or he should retire. If he beat Dubois in the rematch he may get a belt at some point.
But considering all the money he made I would retire before the health is gone

I said it was 40-60 in Dubois's favour pre fight and i see it the same again, AJ needs to go there for a 12 round boxing match and he probably wins, he thought he could KO Daniel inside 2.

I am not sure, look at the beginning of the fight. AJ looked he couldn't do anything with that jab in his face, he was instantly put on the backfoot

The hands were down from the outset... that spells the gameplan was to KO Daniel early.. horrible, horrible gameplan

And Ngannou & Wallin weren't exactly great prep for a hard hitter like DD. I genuinely think AJ got complacent thinking he could jab and 1/2 till DD was on silly street and that's all she wrote.

    This.

I don´t mind the rematch as long as he takes some time off and has a comeback fight. :deal: He should fight Miller as his comeback.
But I am interested to see if he can improve upon his performance as he did with Ruiz and Usyk. Altho to be fair, it won´t take much considering how one sided the fight was.

Miller might not be the best idea for AJ as he's a pressure fighter. Put him in with Hrgovic.
