Not a fan of Fury but I liked his reaction when he went up to Usyk "You taught them both a proper boxing lesson fair play" This content is protected
Fury should have said " You taught us a proper boxing lesson". Put his name in the loser category with AJ and Dubios.
Belly speaketh no lies Still can't believe they started blaring out Daddy Cool literally a couple of seconds after the ref waved it off and AJ was still being assisted up off the canvas and completely out of it. It's funny but I also felt bad for AJ And Haney looking bigger than 154 pounder Crawford who walks around at 180 pounds
Fury respects the fu.k out of usyk and rightly so He will say one thing in public and another in private It's clear usyk and his team also respect Fury who has given usyk his toughest fight since Breidis
Didn't Dubois give him his hardest fight as Frank Warren says? Lol. I'm glad you put some respect on Briedis' name tho.
Fury looks really out of shape again. He is wearing a baggy black T-shirt which is supposed to make you look slimmer but his girth has clearly expanded again. I won’t be surprised if he ducks Usyk again in December. This idea he maintains about how Usyk won only three rounds and was just gifted the win due to what is happening to his country is the groundwork for the “Why would I fight him again? I beat him already, the Gypsy King is still undefeated” narrative that will surely come. I can’t see Fury at 36 getting in the necessary shape in less than three months.
Showing replays of Joshua getting brutally sparked out while blaring Daddy Cool in the background, literally 10 seconds after the ref waved off the fight was the funniest moment of the night for me
How the narrative changed from “Fury destroys him, there are weight classes for a reason” to “but Fury gave him a tough fight”. The standard got lowered considerably in just a few months. In any case, punch stats from May revealed Usyk outlanding Fury ten rounds to two with landing 51 power punches to Fury’s 23 and 185 total punches to Fury’s 135. I’m not sure how could this be anyone’s idea of a close, hard fight.
It was very funny, especially as it started playing a couple of seconds after AJ was breakdancing on the canvas and his failed attempted at doing a headstand It was like 5 seconds max after the ref waved it off
Fury & Usyk both know on the night either could lose to one another and that they are both leagues ahead of their peers in terms of pure boxing ability. Both are adaptable fighters nobody else at HW is really.
I must admit that while Joshua showed a lot of heart and it’s very lame to laugh at a heart fighter trying to get up, that moment cracked me up. The way his head and upper body were as if they were glued to the canvas while his backside was pointing upwards must be one of the most ungracious yet funny moments in HW history I’ve ever seen.
Yeah. To be fair, he's been classless to some of his former victims after stopping them when he flashes them that smug I told you so look, most notably against Wlad, so laugh away
