True. But I believe after stopping Miller, Hrgovic, and Joshua he deserves a rematch with Usyk. Who has had a better run since then?

I don't disagree with that. Quite the contrary.

I believe Dubois should ideally gun for the winner of the Usyk-Fury rematch. Short of that, he is fortunate in having a lot of very interesting alternatives.

He broke Dubois with a jab lol, if the ref ruled the low blow a knockdown, I guarantee you Usyk would have gotten up.

I'm so glad someone created another Dubois-Usyk low blow thread. We have nowhere enough of these.

It was a borderline shot. I call low, but accept people calling it good.

In any case Usyk was clearly embellishing. You would have thought Dubois did a speed bag routine on his balls. He would have made the count and then KO him with a jab like he did.

You said the same about the fight in May.

I’m not sure how people are able to state with such certainty that Usyk would have got up if the the ref started a count.

Usyk was down on the canvas for one and a half minutes after that shot. During that minute and a half, he attempted to get up, not once but twice……AND HE COULDN’T.

I’ll say this; i dont think it was a low blow. Dubois knocked him out. He took 3 whole minutes to recover (correct me).

but for arguments sake, if it wasnt a low blow, Usyk is still a clown for making that big of a deal of it. He did the same thing against AJ which makes me wonder every time he fights «will he do that low blow time out bs again»

Look at AJ getting legitimately flatlined by Dubois , but he still tried his damnest to get up. Wilder was Folded by Fury and never stopped fighting. Fury got knocked down in round 12 by wilder and rose from the dead.

Usyk takes one hit to the balls and decides to call a timeout running around the ring

And you said Aj was the best after usyk and you said he would be beat Dubois

    How did that work out?

Me picking Fury is a good guess. It was a close fight, though Usyk won

They are grasping at straws. Dubois lost every round vs Usyk. Even if it wasn't a low blow (it was), he lost every round besides that. Usyk can easily avoid the body blows next time and dominate him even more.

If it's a guess, don't say for sure, lol. See what happens when you're overconfident in your pick? You end up like me after AJ Dubois and you after Fury Usyk, haha.

    It's not the same
My man lost a close fight against the best. Aj got absolutely dismantled in a one sided beatdown

Truth be told Usyk is obviously the favourite, but I am going for the guy I want to win

If Fury loses? It's OK, I don't hate Usuk, so I will go on with my day and congratulate the better man

But Fury wins? Haters (you admit to being one) will be absolutely devastated. You guys are desperate for Fury to lose, while I'm not as desperate for him to win

To be honest I dislike Joshua and would be in a similar boat if he was in Furys position.

So to cut a long story short, I look forward to the fight and won't cry if Usyk wins. I like Fury more because like a football team, I have backed him from the beginning. I'm not a fairweather fan and will support him to the end. I do acknowledge Usyk is the better man and would have supported him, had he come around first

Despite all Fury's rubbish, I picked him to beat Haye and was one of very few (one other guy) to give him a chance against wlad on an old 606 forum.

I also believed he would come back and become champ when others laughed

He may get crushed? S..t happens, it's been a hell of a ride! But if he wins?? What an ending that will make lol

Just because you want the guy to win, doesn't mean he will do it for sure. You should have learned from your arrogance before the first fight, telling everyone how Fury will demolish Usyk. Your guy lost and was beaten from pillar to post, possibly even saved from a KO loss by the ref.

I don't mind AJ losing either. I'm not a fanboy. I liked the guy, but I also liked Dubois, especially in the build up. I'm excited for the new guy to come on the scene like he did. The changing of the guard is in place.

I'm not a Fury hater per se. I just hate a lot of things he does. But if he goes back to being a proper champion like he was between 2018 and 2022, I'll be ok with him being the king. If he goes back to fighting crap competition, I'll of course hate on that. We have different mindsets. You're a ride or die like a fan of a football club. I'm a boxing fan not a fanboy. If a boxer does something I hold as important in my perception of trying to be the best - I like the guy (unless he's a POS outside the ring). If he's ducking the competition, lying all the time, insults others and is delusional, he's losing my admiration. I liked Deontay before he turned tinfoil black supremasist. I really liked Fury before he started to duck Usyk.

How so? Fury had some good rounds, but Usyk made the adjustments and damn near stopped him. Went on to win by a pretty wide margin. What will Fury need to do to pull it off in the rematch?
