Lots of good work, I'm impressed. I don't know if I understood the criteria correctly, but if so, with all due respect - Ali, Duran, Napoles are lower, Hopkins is much lower, Chavez is only a little lower, and Fury shouldn't be here at all (Bowe instead of him). RJJ is higher (no. 1 imo), Pac and Money are even higher, Together with SRL it's a strict top. Tyson should also be much higher, despite his rather weak CV. The rest is quite ok in my opinion, Lomachenko too. I absolutely have the same opinion when it comes to Lewis, it's unbelievable what the right marketing and strategy has done to people's minds.
Of course, this is all just my opinion, once again with great respect

 

Wladimir was ready to be taken at that point though he was 40 and right at the end of his career and had already shown signs of aging in his previous fight vs Bryant Jennings. Good win for Fury all in all yes but I'm not sure that makes him a really highly rated Heavyweight H2H for beating a 40 year old champion at the end of his career.

Chisora is tough but has never been rated in the top 10 he's a fringe contender.

Whyte had already been knocked out twice brutally before Fury got to him and has done nothing of note since.

I think the Wilder fights are actually a knock against Fury's H2H abilities because he struggled so immensely vs a fighter with limited boxing skills being on the canvas 4 times. Yes Fury deserves credit for showing good recuperative abilities but it also shows he struggled too much vs a fighter with limited boxing skills.

All in all Fury has only beaten 3 ranked Heavyweights and has been on the canvas 8 times and was very lucky not to lose to an MMA fighter and Wallin who was not a top 10 Heavyweight. Hence because Fury is not proven enough because his resume is so thin, and the fact he has shown as many vulnerabilities as he has with his thin resume I don't believe he should be on this list.
