Since you're so insistent that Bivol ducked Beterbiev, show me the receipts. Show me how Bivol ducked Beterbiev instead of falling back on the same tired old "7 years".

    You have the receipts already.

June 2017 Bivol picks up a title.
October 2024 Bivol faces the number 1 LHW in the division.

    It's really simple.

Of course he did. Seven years not fighting through top fighter in your division is inexcusable and down right tragic.

When it comes to age i feel Beterbiev is a bit like Donaire,i don't think age will make much difference in this one.

Beterbiev hasn't taken a lot of damage, nevertheless, it's tragic this fight to seven ****ing years to make.

How much did Crawford and Spence get paid to fight each other?

    Allegedly $25-30 mill a piece

How long did it take for them to fight each other?

How much will Clenelo earn for facing Benavidez?

How much will Beterbiev and Bivol earn for fighting each other?

Prior to the Saudis maybe $2 mill a piece?

Beterbiev and Gvozdyk fought each other in their 3rd and 2nd defences of their world titles respectively for $1.5 mill each

Would Crawford and Spence have fought each other for that little? It took forever to get them into the ring with each other for $25-30 mill a piece

Haney earned $3 mill for facing an old washed up Linares

His best win prior to facing that an even older 39 y/o shot to bits Gamboa

Haney has a boring style and a boring personality so why is he earning twice as much as Beterbiev and Gvozdyk did to face prime versions of each other in a unification match up between two of the best fighters in the division, both of whom undefeated, big punchers, and good to watch

Beterbiev vs Bivol is the best fight in boxing

Much better than Crawford vs Spence

Much better than Clenelo vs Benavidez

If all the aforementioned were the same size and fought in a round robin tournament Beterbiev and Bivol would be the two finalists. Yeah, you read that right and I stand on it

There is no instance of Bivol turning down a fight against Beterbiev. None.

Bivol ducked Beterbiev as much as Beterbiev ducked Bivol. So if you’re going blame Bivol, you should also be blaming Beterbiev.

It's very hard to believe Beterbiev wanted to wait until he was forty to unify. It's also unlikely he fears anyone in the division since he is typically the KO-er.

None of these punchers fear boxers and usually believe they can eventually catch them and win.
However there's a history of point fighters / boxers avoiding the big punchers and ageing threats.

A fight would never take this long to make if both really wanted it.

It's hard to prove conclusively but the logical answer is that Bivol has been dodging it.

Did they spar or something? I'm genuinely asking why none of them fought.

I even remember team Bivol was saying that money was not right to fight Beterbiev, altough they were always saying that legacy>money.

I hope Bivol loses, his trainer and team are frauds

Beterbiev was dominating him, Kovalev still salty about that
