Crazy. That's like the direct antithesis of the historical norm.

Super welter clears right now, p4p.

Radzhab Butaev - ranked #15 in the world on BoxRec and not in Ring Mag's ten best - is probably better pound for pound than all but three or four super middles, and greater than or at least equal to maybe the whole lot at MW.

MW has the pair of Kazakhs (both pretty poor standard bearers in the footsteps of GGG), Adames, Charlo, and million year old Lara on top, pretty uninspiring top five - and below them a big steaming pile of crap.

SMW is strong; JMW is elite.

You know what's also crazy ?

Heavyweight is currently better than Middleweight. Imagine saying that back in the 30's and 40's.

I wish they would dump 154 and 168 as divisions

154 is sort treated like Cruiserweight. Long thought to be considered the red headed step child. A place where fighters go to get called soft for not putting on the 6 pounds and fighting in a real division with the big boys. Not sure if the reputation is deserved, but it's there.

Feather is probably a little deeper than super welter but having a top 3 p4p fighter is always nice. Personally I think super welter is the best division right now all things considered

I genuinely don't see how that argument could even be made.

175 > 154. Ring has 2 LHWs in P4P top 10: Bivol and Beterbiev. Boxrec has 3: Bivol, Beterbiev and Benavidez.

Ok I’ll do it…. There’s a few flaws in these lists but Ring magazine rating Chris Eubank jr at 5 is ridiculous. No justification for this, next gen no desire for titles not worth a rating
