Dubois vs. Hrgovic would be a better rematch than Dubois vs. Joshua.

Those two fights are part of the problem because they did so intentionally. The idea was to set up a bigger 2nd fight, which worked well. Fury signed a deal with TR/ESPN and they tried to build his profile in USA. Fury also wanted to get into better shape, which he did.
Credit to Fury for taking the first Wilder fight when he did, as he had just come out of retirement.
But in the end, that trilogy cost us fans 5 years.

 

Daniel Dubois v Kevin Lerena would probably be a better rematch than Dubois-Joshua.

 

Lerena is a Bridgerweight now.

 

I thought Zhang won the fight but it was no doubt very close. Win or lose, the fight has aged very well for Hrgovic

 

Motivated version of Hrgovic with full tank stops Dubois.

 

i would rate hrgovic's chin higher and his ring iq lower honestly. he took so many massive punches from zhang and dubois without going down (with the exception of the push "knockdown" in rd1 against zhang) but sometimes he just seems to space out in the ring with his hands down

 

It might but if you give an A- or an A to his chin then you should give Usyk's chin an A+ or A++ while I think his chin can be rated A level. As to Hrgvovic 's IQ ring I can agree, in any case it is a full B imo.

However, Hrgović showed resistance to punches against Zhang; doubt that AJ would show such resistance.
