If you took all his circumstance and made a film people would eye roll the plot of an an aged man living in the great depression, fighting, looking after a family / the neighbours kids etc training on fumes, starved, being ripped somehow? working hard labour by day, catching the bus to fights etc. Compounding endless issues and getting 4 title shots before landing a cinematic KO? sounds corny but really he is a testament to the human spirit.
