No offence but it is very lame to default to accusations of the opposing party not knowing the sport and being guilty of fan boyism merely due to their opinion differing from your own.

Anyway, I think you meant you would’ve stopped it in round 9.

No discredit to the contribution of Fury’s own proactive and opportunistic boxing but I also saw Usyk hit a definite lull within himself during rds 4-6 after a relatively faster and more aggressive start for him.

Temporary as it was, Olek had clearly slowed somewhat during rds 4-6 after a less familiar, blistering start but he would reap the benefits of his early efforts later in the fight.

Fury on the back foot, getting hit hard and being moved around the ring hardly equated to his outboxing Usyk from the start.

Sure, Fury showed heart in round 9 but that doesn’t mean he deserved to be standing at the finish. Quite clearly he didn’t deserve to be.

Also remember the refs outlandish assistance during that round and the fact that Usyk, making a prudent election, shot his wad to secure a KO/stoppage that should’ve been his but one that he was ultimately robbed of.

Also a keen eye, well trained eye should’ve also noticed the ref actually assisting Fury part way back to his corner at the finish of rd 9 - the type of thing a ref would only do for a fallen fighter after he has stopped a fight - biased conduct much?

I wasn't sure that a 36y.o. Usyk could still do that. Especially b/c those body shots looked heavy like the one's Fury landed on Wilder 2.
