Won’t ever give another penny to Deadzone after the minuscule amount of worthwhile UK content they gave me for my 12 month contract. It was criminal.

Wouldn’t say hoards. The UK buys for Saturday won’t top 100k.

Agreed. It only matters to people doing round by round, punch by punch betting. IMHO that's a far bigger problem than a bit of stream latency.

The only thing letting TNT down is their occasional resurrection of Paul Dempsey, the mans unbearable.
Wish they would just put a pin in him and be done with it.
He's like the turd that wont flush.

What a clown. Didn’t Joshua refuse to answer questions in a press conference last year?

Huge difference when watching live sport - all the mates sending instant messages for goals scored, boxers KOd etc a full minute before it appears live.

Pointless paying good money to watch a delayed broadcast.

Sacrilege! Every moment with Dempsey on screen is charged with anticipation. Anything, literally, anything could come out of his mouth. A musing on the mating habits of the Mongolian Stoat, the recipe for Beef Stroganoff, Intimate details of exactly how his hair travelled from the Andromeda galaxy to hybridise with his scalp, even something vaguely related to boxing, anything!

Just watch next time and you'll see the look of barely suppressed terror on Frampton's face. See the involuntary spasms that wrack Steve Bunce's body, occasionally you'll even pick up Darren Fletcher or John Rawlings mouthing 'save us' to the camera. Imagine the tension in the studio, the sweat dripping down the face of the guy at the mixing desk whose job it is to pull the plug if Paul goes 'full' Dempsey, or the veteran Executive Producer who from a tactically chosen highpoint nestled amongst the lighting rigs in the studio supervises the production, one hand always resting on the chest housing the fabled 'Makepeace' option, a chest full of the stakes, holy water and garlic that may, just may, be sufficient to stop him if the serum ever wears off.

I seriously hope Frank Warren / Queensberry think twice before leaving TNT Sports for DAZN.

How have Matchroom UK events been doing over the past few years ? They are struggling and can't sell tickets. I fear the same will happen to Queensberry if they sign up with DAZN.

Queensberry aren’t exactly selling tonnes of tickets these days already, and neither are Boxxer with the benefit of the Sky platform. Only difference is Warren isn’t daft/stubborn enough to keep hiring the MEN or O2 to quarter fill it all the time, he’s happy enough running shows at the York Hall, which Hearn won’t lower himself to do.

Spot on. Hearn used to slate York Hall & the Copper Box and make out he was above them but they’re a lot better than empty arenas.

The entire top tier (which is bigger than the lower tier) is closed for Catterall v Prograis in a few weeks. Looks stupid.

Also pointless paying good money to have your head stuck in your phone discussing something you're all watching.

Yes but calls and notifications don't wait 60 secs after goals or KOs happening during the live events.

The odd person may switch their phone off but not many.

Some have group calls during the fight discussing with mates as the action unfolds.

People also watch DAZN on tablets where notifications from other apps pop up.

I watched Canelo v Saunders on DAZN on my iPad and the notification from Sky Sports saying Canelo had won popped up whilst they were still fighting.

Sickener viewing that when watching 'live'.

Noticed watching the international football that viaplay streams on youtube are now only 18 secs behind the live action.

    The technology is improving.
