Yup. He is a wanna be tough guy. I don't think he has an ounce of actual toughness in him though.

Hearn had his life made for him as soon he came out of the womb. He really needs to learn to shut up.

Beterbiev is a much better boxer than casuals realise, and probably a much better boxer than most of Bivol's opponents, and that definitely includes Canelo. There is an erroneous belief that Bivol outboxing Canelo means he can outbox Beterbiev. As stated, Beterbiev is a better boxer, has superior power, and is subtly able to force profitable engagements with his opponents not allowing anyone to escape him.

Bivol is a better boxer than almost all of Beterbiev's opponents, except Gvozdyk, whose boxing is on a similar level. If i have misjudged this, and Bivol is a much superior boxer than anyone Beterbiev has ever fought, then there is more of a possibility that Bivol could outbox Beterbiev. I do not see Bivol standing in the pocket making Beterbiev miss, he will be moving in and out of range, as is his style. Therefore, for Bivol to win, he will have to be moving for 12 rounds to stay at that range, whilst getting in range to land on, and out of range to avoid, Beterbiev. I am sceptical of Bivol being capable of this feat from both a boxing and stamina perspective. Then there is physicality, which includes his ability to take a punch and his strength in the clinch.

Overall, Bivol has a single tightrope to walk to victory, which requires boxing skills i doubt he possesses, and very good stamina. Casuals are basing their picks off Bivol's fight with Canelo, which is wrong. I believe Beterbiev's will get to Bivol at some stage. If it is late enough in the fight and Bivol can survive, he may get a decision, however, my gut is that it will be early enough to earn Beterbiev the victory. Should be a great fight between two of the best boxers today.

Beterbiev got smoked there. And it was his own fault. You could see Bivol was ready to mess him up right there. He was like all about, oh yeah? Wait till Saturday. Beterbiev gonna get his ass kicked worse than Canelo.

You could tell from Beterbiev's face that he is already perplexed.

It's obvious that Bivol is more well spoken and more intelligent that Beterbiev. And Beterbiev doesn't like it. Bivol has gotten into his head and Bivol didn't even want to. This is going to be a massacre.

And the tragedy of it is that people will attribute it to BB's age or injuries.

It's not that at all. Bivol is just beter than him.

Wouldn't be surprised if Hearn has already bribed the judges and the ref. Eddie making sure they get their cut and his man gets a dodgy decision win. In fact, it's likely he has bribed them.

Hoping for a great fight. A clean and honorable fight. With no funny business or running away like a little turd from either man. These guys should bring it. Hoping we don't have any disappointments. Still have my eye on Eddie Hearn funny business.

No bribery in Saudi (not saying they are not corrupt)

They don't want the negative attention after putting up all these big events

I keep picturing Beterbiev rocking Bivol badly with one of those clubbing temple/back-of-the-head shots and following up for a finish with his short, barbaric punches. Best light heavyweight matchup in a long time, though, for my money. I'm more excited about this than I was for the first Kovalev-Ward fight TBH.
