Dmitrii Yurievich Bivol vs. Artur Asilbekovich Beterbiev & Jai Opetaia vs. Jack Massey RBR.

This was a good close fight. Any talk of a robbery either way is daft talk.

 

Its just odd that after the fight Bivol was celebrating like he won and Beterbiev just looked disappointed.

Its clear who really won.

Agreed, it wasn't a robbery though I felt 116-112 was a bit wide.

115-113 either way or a draw for me, though probably need to watch it back

 

Bivol had the fight but he didn’t stand his ground in final 3 rounds. He began to wilt just enough to let the win slip away. Like I said in earlier post I had it 7-5 Bivol but thought draw was fair. Beterbiev won last 3 rounds on my card. Fight went to the puncher. This is a fight that deserves a rematch.

Almost 40, coming off of knee injury, looked like he had a bad cut still won going away. Cope and seethe you ***s.

 

I need yo rewatch to make sure the commentary didn’t skew my scoring. I did notice on a few occasions Beterbiev was landing some cracking body shots, which the commentators didn’t even mention. They seemed to be riding bivol pretty hard.

 

Or, how about: inactive nearly-shot 40 year old with ring rust and coming off a major knee surgery out-roughed and out-toughed a world class p4p fighter in his prime

Just look at both of the fighters' faces after the fight. Beterbiev won regardless of what DAZN's garbage commentary said. Cope

I was ok with a draw, because I did not score round by round, but to say that Beterbiev has not done enough to win, would be wrong.

Bivol was moving to much and not punching as much in the second half of the fight.

Bivol didn't win this fight, just like Beterbiev and 116-112 is nonsense.

 

Everytime Bivol try to slug it out it tend to end bad for him. I admire him trying risk it though.
