I was referring more to it being technical, highly skilled, and threatening to catch fire without ever doing so than the Adelaide Byrd. GGG had just been on a 20-something fight KO streak and Artur a 20-ko streak. One guy coming forward for 12 rounds, the other going backward for 12 rounds, undisputed. There's a few similarities. But really it was the high level **** and neither guy being able to physically put a beating on the other.

    Just finished the rewatch
And I changed my mind on two rounds for sure and I’m still not sure on the 12th,
So I changed the 8th to a Beterbiev round
And I changed the 10th to a bivol round.
So without being able to decide definitely on the 12th I still have it
    115-113 for Bivol
If you can give Beterbiev the 12th which is totally acceptable then it’s a draw at best.
But this is the least amount of changes I have ever made on a rewatch.
I will rewatch and score the 12th again until I can be sure who took it, but I don’t think I need to rewatch the other rounds.
Only a Bivol win or a draw is possible for me.

I was scoring on memory earlier, jumping back and forth on my phone, and ended up incorrectly tallying of my score. I gave Bivol 1, 2, 3, 6, 8, 9, 10 and Beterbiev 4, 5, 7, 11, 12. With the 4th, 7th and 10th being genuine toss-ups which could go either way. So... my final score was 115-113 Bivol.

115-113 Bivol, which I am correctly tallied up is 114-114 earlier.

I have the same rounds as close as well, but I have 1,2,3,4,8,9,12 bivol
    And 5,6,7,10,11 for Beterbiev.
It’s close enough that I can see people giving it to Beterbiev they are clearly wrong but I can’t understand anyone not being impressed with a historic performance from Bivol, I take solace knowing that history will be on our side.
Rematch is happening not because the people want to see it but because Turki wants it

I was a damn close to denoting the 12th as well, it's deceptively close when it comes to punches actually landed. But the optics were pretty terrible for Bivol.

3,7,11 were clear Beterbiev rounds and it seems like others that could have been scored either way.

11th yes, 7th was damn near 10/10, the 3rd round, not even close. That was a solid Bivol round.

Agreed, round 4 was the 1st I scored for Artur - though I stopped scoring and just watched in round 8

At that point i felt round 7 was a stablising round for Bivol that I had v close to him, with Beterbiev winning 4,5 & 6.

That would probably get me to draw, with Bivol winning 8&9 and Artur 10,11 & 12 - although the last round was close with some good work from Bivol.

    Bivol - 1,2,3,7,8,9
    Beterbiev - 4,5,6,10,11,12

But need a rewatch without the tension to concentrate on scoring!

Still absolutely over the moon right now. Got pretty buzzed up last night. Still feel absolutely amped even while sobering up.

Right man won. Thank you to the judges for not rewarding the runner. That kind of boxing is for little turds. It's about putting on the thump.
