Not a super-lot going in that round, lot of blocked and deflected shots on both sides. But Akui landed some good body shots that put Thananchai on the backfoot.

Akui's jab is finding Charunphak's face way too often. If the Thai fighter doesn't solve that issue he is going to have a problem going the distance.

 

My monitor is kinda small, is Akui even breathing through his mouth? Looks like his mouth is completely closed. Talk about being in shape.

Thananchai landed a lot more with counters that round, but Akui's work too consistent, and it's bad optics for the smaller guy to get smacked around on the ropes and constantly retreat.

Charunphak spent more time backing up and less time throwing punches this round.

Charunphak's movement is very good. Just Akui beating him to the punch and being more effective.

Akui steadily applying pressure but Charunphak was able to push back and land some good shots of his own.

Hey Carunphak did something (barely). Might be being generous to the guy because he was active enough to not get effectively blown out in the round but whatever.

Akui more subtle with his work in this round. Taking small steps backwards to land quick counters. Charunphak managed to finish the round strong, but again not quite enough to edge the round.

Akui may have won the round but Charunphak finally put together a few good moments in a row.
