He's into Trannys. I'm surprised he hasn't admitted he wants to bang Inoue.
Hopkins lost to Taylor at 39. Lost to an old Calzaghe. Beat a shot Pavlik who was on the bottle. He went from a guy who hadn't lost in a decade to a guy who lost a lot and had a lot of close decisions.

    Kelly Pavlik was undefeated.

Antonio Tarver was in his prime and coming off winning the trilogy vs RJJ.

Can you stop these childish responses you're making yourself look foolish.

While I don't agree with all of your assessment of Beterbiev, I do think he has aged well because he just hasn't been in that many big fights. B-Hop had been in many wars by the time he was 39. Beterbiev didn't look particularly old in his fight against Bivol, he just looked out witted. Beterbiev is more of an offensive counter puncher. Works really well against other punchers, but not so effective against defensive fighters. He didn't really do what he needed to win, which was cut the corner and go to the body. He was relying too much on Bivol making a mistake so he could counter. I don't see Beterbiev losing because of age, I see him losing because of strategy. I think he has one gear, which he excels at and it elite level at, but not enough to take him over the edge as an ATG. But none the less his victory on paper does put him in the hall of fame.

Pavlik and Tarver were excellent victories in my estimation. One of the reasons I hold B-Hop in high esteem. I really didn't think he could win those fights.

Tarver beat a weight drained RJJ and lost to Glen ****ing Johnson. Stop it man. Stop. You're embarrassing yourself. And Kelly Pavlik was a blown up Middleweight who was into full blown alcoholism at that point. Stop.

Beterbiev shuts out Glen Johnson before making Glen swallow his own teeth.

Yeah, he was scared by one of Beterbiev's "best" wins, who was more than 20 years younger than him. He also lost to an all-time great in Kovalev. Keep grasping at straws tinman.

I'm embarrassing myself ? No you're acting emotional and like an embarrassing Beterbiev fan boy it's not good look I'm afraid and you're spouting nonsense.

Antonio Tarver is considered one of the better Light Heavyweights of the last 25 years and was considered the man of the division when Hopkins dethroned him.

Kelly Pavlik did move up in weight yes I never denied that ? He was still considered in his prime at the time so I don't know what you're on about.

I don't care about your ill informed opinion I care about facts and the facts are Hopkins was ranked as the number 1 Light Heavyweight for 6 years after the age of 40. Hence making your statement of Hopkins no longer being elite after the age of 39 a complete mockery.

Yea and Beterbiev is an ATG. On the short list of best LHWs in boxing history. He owns the single best performance the division has seen this century.

RJJ was a ragged corpse at that point who couldn't make the weight after coming back down from HW.
