You're saying injuries like this happens sometimes (a doctor disagrees) and yet can not acknowledge that tampered gloves and wraps also get through commission's inspection sometimes. Where is all your open mindedness for that? Or is it selective?
Sure, tampered gloves could have caused this. It's a possibility. I don't think it went down that way, but that's cool. They should not get through the strict vetting. But sometimes they do. See what I did there?
The best man won on the night and he strikes me as an honest guy giving it his all to go as far as he can in boxing. Good to see a man throwing leather without fear.
You are still being selective in how you are explaining away that a tampered glove can cause extensive injuries consistent with being hit by a brick, whereas with the correct wee bit of padding the worst injury you can get is a sprained ankle like Ben Whittaker.
I'm rather surprised this tampered glove thing is getting traction, I know Saudi Arabia is basically the Wild West and they can ****** about with anything, but surely Clarke's team were able to observe the hand wraps as per protocol?
Warren talked TS through the whole glove approval, inspection post and pre fight scenario the other day. I feel it is extremely unlikely that any tampering or doctoring has gone on here...or in any recent match, yet there will be the odd exception to prove the rule..
