Not a total hype job but no where near as good as people were trying to claim. To many holes in his game. His opponent was a proper hard man and that left hand was excellent.

His opponent was good, but my point is that for whatever reason Tszyu had these obsessed groupies hyping him up to no end to the point of nassuea, when Tszyu was always clearly a B level fighter

Tszyu's corner needs to go back to the gym and work on their towel throwing skills. That was pathetic.

First loss and he will learn but seem over confident. No adjustment. He made the same mistakes over again and again.Trading and dropping the hands. He was tough in defeat.

In the lead up to the fight, it seemed like Tszyu had the attitude that he thought he was an unstoppable demigod, that he would just plough forward, overpower and demolish Bakhram.

In the first round when he thought he was cut, he just stops the action for 2 - 3 seconds and checks his head with his glove, expecting the ref and Bakhram to equally chill, which surprisingly they did. To me, this indicates that Tszyu’s ego is out of control, just stopping like that like it’s not a problem, it’s not PTSD from the Fundora fight, it’s ego.

After the first knockdown, instead of regrouping and taking a round or two off and boxing intelligently he goes straight back to ploughing forward. This indicates to me that his manhood took a hit, his ego took over which inspired him even more to plough forward.

Tszyu had the tools in the toolbox to beat this guy, there’s a reason why the bookies had him a heavy favourite going in.

The ego and his refusal to adapt is a major problem for Tszyu at the top level.

Can't help but laugh. The hype this guy got. A basic fighter.

Corner should’ve pulled Tim out after the 2nd. Took a lot of unnecessary punishment in the next round. His punch resistance and confidence will never be the same after this.

Too bad for TT. I never thought he was great but at least would make for some entertaining action fights. He never will be the same after this, tho.
