How does AJ getting battered get him a fight against Fury, in a potential title fight, over Dubios?

Blatantly lying about the timing excuse. You don't need a training camp starting in early Nov for a fight in Febuary, that is ridiculous. Smart move though regardless.

It is amazing that Joshua can lose, and lose bad, and still be the money fight. That almost guarantees he gets the big fights and opportunities others don't get. I suppose money is what it's all about.

I didn't see him beating Dubois but I would have respected his attempt to try. I'm still hoping that's his next fight.

I'm thinking this is what's going to happen. I think Fury will duck Usyk, and Fury and Joshua will fight instead.

    What a sh**show.

No justification for that fight at all.

Joshua looks like he is going to duck Dubois but I don't see Usyk-Fury II not happening.

Hearn says May for Fury-Joshua and that timeframe only makes sense if they are waiting for Usyk-Fury II to be completed.

How can it be a duck when Joshua was the loser and flattened out by Dubois in the first fight. If anything Joshua rematching Dubois shows big balls. Its Joshua chasing the rematch not Dubois he's the winner.

Would facing Fury be an easier fight. I'm not sure Joshua can beat Fury.

    It's not a duck.

I don’t care about Fury vs Joshua anymore. But I am pissed that the press conference never happened when it mattered.

Forget about big balls. Try small ones because he's not going to rematch Dubois.

    Very glad to hear this.

He would just get knocked out again. AJ has some good fights left in him, but he is not going to jump back in the ring and beat the man who utterly dominated him.

Dubois vs. Bakole, Kabayel or Parker would be great, Joshua vs. Wardley, a lot of good fights can be put together, but I'm glad that Dubois vs. Joshua II will not happen.

    Hearn (translated):

'We don't really believe in AJ anymore and another loss to Dubious would either scrap the Fury fight for good or put us in a bad bargaining position. We've been ducking Fury for years hoping to get back on top with a manufactured pathway and then call the shots in that megafight, and we couldn't risk fighting Fury with lower confidence than we liked either.

'Now we've run out of time and need to make that fight before we take another bad loss. If Usyk beats or hopefully KO's Fury, the gypsy will be far less dangerous than he was when we ducked him around Christmas and he was undefeated. In fact, his punch resistance might be pretty much gone and we go in as slight favourite, especially if we can get a quick turn around for Fury, while AJ would have had a significant break after the Dubious KO. After the Fury trilogy we'll get revenge on Dubious, who by then has hopefully been KO'd again since he's also a hype job like AJ, but not as protected.'

At this point Hearn is just exploiting Joshua.

He doesn't give a **** about his health.

Hearn is exposing his rat-like nature more and more every year.
