Tough watch this. Neither fighter is landing much but Prograis gets a bit impatient again and walks into a straight left hand which is the only notable punch landed during the round.

 

This is pretty painful to watch.

I've got it even at 4.

 

4 rnds in and I am waiting for a fight to break out.

Rnd 4 was one good Catterral punch vs several Prograis jabs.

 

Regis needs to let his left hand go more

True, but the danger is he walks into counters. He's not really a pressure fighter and can't out box the Cat.
