Ken Norton was very strong, had his own terrific jarring jab , terrific stamina and gave excellent boxers like Ali, Holmes and Young all they could handle. He’d be a very tough match up for Fury too.

Norton beats him, he hit really hard to the body and had a more than hard overhand right.

Fury doesn't have enough power to make Norton respect him.

Fury gets staggeringly punch drunk by the 11th and barely makes it to the end. UD Norton

Fury's "movement in general" as you put it, is more effective than somebody trying to slip a punch when its thrown at him, although of course he also does that. That's because it is pre-emptive movement in order to confuse and mislead an opponent and therefore make them tentative in their own offense. His shifts in weight signal something is coming and maybe it does, or it doesn't. Do they attack? Defend? Can they afford to load up? Meanwhile he is reading how they react to his feints and takes advantage of it as soon as he spots a pattern. You're looking at a higher level of boxing and not understanding what you are seeing. But if some guy moving his head like a chicken is amazing to you, then have at it.

Yeah just like his "movement" and constant shifting helped him walk down Francis. Fury being in constant motion can confuse an opponent, make them think and disrupt their rhythm, Fury can put them in an uncomfortable position and capitalize, but who has Fury actually walked down besides a 1 trick pony who has 0 inside game ? That's the question you keep ignoring. I'm actually curious.

Fury barely trained for that, as we all knew he wouldn't. I wouldn't take that fight as an indicator of anything beyond a sign of Fury's wild inconsistency and also his big-time grit as he dug deep to win a fight that he should have lost. Ngannou would have a good chance to knock Norton out btw.

    ya think
Fury has always done fine in the clinch and up close. I really don't see how you think you are making any sort of point at all.

Here's the Chisora fight. Chisora is about 40lb heavier than Norton and Fury ties him up without problems and works him over up close and at range. At 2:32 he spins him around and nearly ragdolls him out of the ring. At 2:40 he's right in the pocket hammering Chisora.

BTW, this clip illustrates the great uppercut that Fury has, the same one that finished Whyte. Norton's crablike defence is going to have difficulties in dealing with such a long, accurate and powerful punch that rises up under his crossed arms.

Which Chisora fight ? It's not showing. He fought him on the inside the most in the first fight, that's all I remember. Also it's Chisora he's much more limited than Norton and lost to everyone under the sun

Ngannou beating Norton... someone's I wonder if you're trolling or you're genuinely this goofy.

I'd pick Earnie Shavers power over an mma fighter on their debut. Many thought Fury lost that one. Fury can hurt Norton but doesn't hit like that at all.

Also how many losses does Chisora have ?

Ngannou has been boxing for years now even though in a different format. I'd love to see you put money on Norton vs a 270lb power puncher

How many losses did Shavers have? You know, the guy that smashed Norton like an egg?

Meanwhile here's another video demonstrating how Fury isn't just a long range potshotter, but that he can fight up close and maul the crap out of people:

Of course Wallin is 6'5 and 240lb whereas Norton ... is not. I'm sure that you will try to spin Norton's small size as some sort of great advantage when slugging and mauling

Fury was boxing until he got cut and became urgent. Wallin still held up fine before hurting Fury in the 12th. Fury is barely turning his punches over when he beats wallin on the ropes, notice how sloppy his punches are, and notice how competitive this fight is he couldn't batter Wallin. Most people had wallin winning 4 or 5 rounds. Now notice how basic aj got rid of Wallin without pressing the action

Ngannou got trashed by aj in 2 who just got trashed by Dubois in 5. It's incredible, you suck off an mma fighter and favor him over a top contender of yesteryear just because he's bigger despite his resume being impoverished

But I'm biased ? I think Fury could beat Ken Norton, he would probably be a favorite. You think Ngannou beats Ken Norton. I saw all I need to see

This is interesting. They actually have about the same amount meanwhile Shavers fought twice as many bouts. Shavers is dead. Chisora is still active. Chsiora will retire with more losses in half the fights.

Now why would that be ? It's almost as if Shavers is better than Chisora

Fury from the Wlad fight or Wilder 2 should get the job done.

Hell, I’d still favour Fury from the Uysk fight even though he was and still is some way from his best. No foregone conclusion here, but in a12 rounder I think he gets a majority decision at the very worst.

Of course because Fury is a better boxer than Wallin, and able to exploit his size and length thereby. The same way he'd turn Norton into a pizza from long range.
Did you even watch the clip? Fury bulled Wallin into the ropes and lit him up like a christmas tree. Sloppy punches lol ... sloppy punches are what Shavers used to switch Norton off with.

250lb AJ and 260lb Dubois, both of whom hit like 18 wheelers. So what?

That's an interesting change of pace.
