I kind of wrote dubois off a bit tbh. Mentally didnt look strong enough but as you,ve said them fights have been great learning curves for him. They made the right changes whereas with joshua after ruiz one was the time to make similar changes. I think they choose the wrong changes by trying to turn him into a boxer. Atm hes more offensive....but he,s still training to be a boxer. If your going to go more offensive....you probably need to become/train to be more of a fighter than a boxer.

For all the stick don charles gets he,s been a perfect fit for dubois.

To Dubois' credit, he did beat Usyk with a sensational low blow. Ridiculous artistic performance from Usyk afterwards and absurd decision. It was the perfect punch.

Dubois is pretty much in his prime now. Joshua pre Wlad was very similar, but too punch drunk now, and too many injuries, like David Haye.

    Who had Joshua beaten?

Whyte who had no experience, coming off a drugs ban, out of shape, with a blown out shoulder sustained in the fight after he landed the hook.

Martin who was paid to sleep.

Molina who was a maths teacher who was also partial to a bit of sleep.

    Breazeale who was rubbish.

Cornish pasty? Skelton (47), Sprott (39)?

Dubois has just beaten Miller, Hrgovic, and Joshua within the space of a year and he was robbed of beating Usyk with a stunning punch.

I had a dream last night the AJ’s next opponent was Danny Williams.

Joshua was a well-marketed beneficiary of the post-Olympics boom on Sky Sports who took advantage of Fury throwing a wobbler and the belts becoming vacant.

Whytes had been back for a year and had a fair few fights in that time. Probably a record pad for the big bad AJ

    I disagree:

Deontay Wilder: future Hall of Famer
    1. 10 consecutive WBC heavyweight title defences over 5 years (2nd longest single reign since 1985 behind Wlad), best win being top 5 ranked, 30-0, 93% stoppage ratio southpaw Ortiz

    2. KO record (2nd highest KO % among heavyweight champions, lots of spectacular KO's, perhaps the most devastating right hand puncher ever)

    3. Historic trilogy with the 3 stone heavier then undefeated lineal champion Fury

    4. Most prominent American heavyweight this century thus far (ranked in Ring’s top 4 from Jan 2015-Dec 2023), restored a degree of prestige to the American heavyweight scene, the only American male boxer to win an Olympic medal from 2008-2012 (having started boxing when he was about to turn 20, with only 34 months' boxing experience when he won bronze), ended the 7.5 year American heavyweight title drought (by far the longest period without an American champion in heavyweight history), which in the absence of Wilder would be a 17.5 year drought and counting (barring the farcical 85 day “reign” of Charles Martin)

It certainly goes against his self proclaimed road warrior, throwback fighter ethos

    ??

It was a serious question. Every one of your posts is like a poem, but I'm not sure if you're trying to write a poem or why you're writing like that. It's incomprehensible; all I can comprehend is that you are insulting people through these poems.
