No. It's more about styles.. i think Zhang would match up better with the top HWs. Parker imo would lose to the likes of Bakole, Dubois, Fury etc.. wheras Zhang would have a better shot at them. Parker is having a late career surge fair play but he has had a few losses & gifts.. some to B level HWs in his career.. i dont rate the Wilder win.. Wilder is shot to bits.. yes he beat Zhang but he looked disinterested & extremely out of shape in that fight and stil dropped him twice anyway.. i just rate Zhang on his better days higher, he's a better fighter to watch as well. BTW, id give Zhang a better shot at Vitali too.

I'll agree with that. Hard to see this version of Fury fighting a rough 12 rounder with Vitali and making it through.

 

Vitali was a great HW but he wasn't unbeatable.. a green Chisora gave him fits & he looked terrible against Kevin Johnson.. two fighters that Fury toyed with.. he had some great performances .. Arreola, Briggs, Peter, Sanders etc.. but none of those Fighters except maybe Sanders were skilled fighters.. & injured or not he still has that Byrd loss.. and if you watch that fight Byrd was having a lot of success with him and maybe the injury was caused by Vitali over extending himself due to the skills of Byrd.. I think Fury isn't the fighter he once was .. and people forget what a skilled technician he actually could be.. the uncle peter version of Fury gives Vitali fits imo.. id make it no less than a 50/50 fight for Fury

 

Usyk isn't even prime anymore.. no one is at 37... but to say he's not that good is nonsense .. I bet you couldn't find me one (sane) great fighter who doesn't sing Usyks praises.. what he's done in 20 fights is ummatched. Guy's a legit ATG ... And I don't think he scraped by either of those individuals anyway , for me he clearly beat both of them despite being the naturally smaller man. You can't call fighters like Chisora and Fury bums mate , it just gives you no credibility. Chisora arguably beat Parker after Usyk & just finished off Joe Joyce despite being semi shot.. He's fought everyone & held his own more often than not, thats not a bum... he's had a very solid career at HW.

If anyone loses to this version of Fury they are not a great in my eyes. I begrudgingly have usyk as a great (not ATG) because he did beat some decent guys in a mickey mouse division which hasn't a great history. But the heavy fighters are a joke

If people didn't class him the goat, which is absolutely balls and a disgrace to the greats who fought wars in the ring, then I and some others wouldn't need to balance the scales

These men are risking their lives in the ring for our entertainment. Many of them suffer life changing injuries as a result of that.

I don't think Vitali beats Usyk and I don't think you'd call Derek Chisora a bum to his face.

There's no reason for you have to emotional reactions to either of those. You have your opinions and I have mine.

 

Vitali had an injury vs Chisora and beat him with basically one arm plus Vitali was in his 40s.

But I agree Vitali is far from unbeatable and I would also not call him a great for me he's in the very good category.

Great Heavyweights are the likes of Ali, Holmes, Lewis, Louis, etc Vitali is not in that category.
