   Rosa looked a lot more limited than he ever had when I’d seen him fight before (though I hadn’t seen too much of him to be fair), and I guess that just says a lot about Agrba who really is a straight up very good fighter. I think he’s ready for a title shot now

   I guess it remains to be seen whether he continues at welter or super lightweight. He and Rosa were both ranked WBA top fifteen at the latter, but today's contest was at the 147lb limit and for the IBA Pro welterweight title.
   
   Since he's operating within the WBA system his choices are: José Valenzuela or Eimantas Stanionis.
