Reminds me of this supposedly true statement on a motor vehicle insurance claim form about injury he did not realise he had:

His name should not be spoken in boxing again, there’s excuses and then there’s accusations against your trainer, accusing your trainer of spiking your drink and being willing to take it to court. Fuk him and toss him away like the scum bag he is.
Anyone who is not aware of this situation please look into it.
This guy is a rat like creature, he has no place in the sport of boxing.
He has brought nothing but disrepute to the sport, he was willing to ruin his former trainer’s career because he lost. He had no problem going to court to accuse his trainer of spiking his water with muscle relaxers.
So the lamest excuses he has used are not even relevant, he has no respect for the ultimate bond in boxing, that of the fighter and trainer.
Bin him off and never speak his name again.

 

I broke my litte toe once and I could not walk properly and had to take time off work as I could not balance I was a roofer at the time so was not about to risk it.

At the least, if you want to use an excuse, back it up.

Andy Ruiz broke his hand during his last fight. And he pulled the wrappings off his hand during his in-ring post-fight interview to show off the broken hand. If you want to use an excuse, that’s the way to do it.

so, Wilder, how about publicly releasing these medical scan results you got?
