It looks like talks are underway for these 2 to fight for a mandatory spot for the IBF SMW title sometime next year. I thinks that's a good fight Pacheco keeps improving in every time out, but is he ready for this type of fight?

    Good fight.

Pacheco appears to have a much higher upside, but as is always the case with a prospect, we don't know if he has the necessary whiskers or championship intangibles (grit, mental toughness, ability to adapt etc).

There's only one way to find out, however.

This post reminded me of Anthony Sims Jr.

Interesting fight for sure. Just the visual of the 5'8 M'billi vs the 6'4 Pacheco is worth it too tune in. I think M'billi is what he is at this point. He is 30 years old and more a less a swarmer with some pop but not much versatility. He would have lost to Derevyanchenko had Derevyanchenko not torn his bicep. Pacheco has great length for 168 but this is a big step up for him. Both are looking for that big Canelo payday.

I really like this fight. 2 flawed fighters with good power going at it.

I don't think Pacheco has the toughness to pull this off. I think he may have some success in the mid round, but I'm not sure if he can hold M'billi off for the whole 12 rounds.

Hang on, shouldn't Canelo be in talks with Mbilli considering he is the number 1 division contender?

Looks like Pacheco isn’t too confident in his chances with Mbilli SMH

Hopefully they can still make this fight happen in the near future. Pacheco just needs to find the intestinal fortitude to agree to fight.
