Lomachenko fought for a world title in his first or second fight, didn't he? I don't see any reason why Jalolov can't fight at least a top 10 opponent. My prediction of him being an unfulfilled talent is sadly coming true.
totally. And this fight will be 6 months after the Olympics. I think it's a combination of bad promotion and lack of any ambition on his part.
Bad promotion. It's happened before many times, for example with Mekhontsev and Korobov. Arum signs these fighters so no one else can promote them, and leaves them inactive or has them fight meaningless opposition. Don King used to do the same. Sometimes these boxers plead for a fight, but Arum has them under his thumb.
