He was the lineal cruiserweight champion going up. Sometimes The Ring ranks these type of fighters higher than they should be ranked.
Oh I'm not a cruiserweight person. All I see is really old Grant, Golota and Arreola. And the Dawson loss.
I wasn’t talking about you but sorry if you felt hurt by it, it probably gets lonely in your mom’s basement without any real friends.
Sounds like me except I don`t live in my mum`s basement instead I live in a house flat underneath my sister`s house flat, lol
This thread amounts to "When a guy I don't like wins a belt I just no longer recognize that belt in that division. "The WBC wasn't major when Wilder was champion but the other champions were good" makes a **** ton of sense jabroni
Title only means something when a good fighter is holding the belt, WBO champs during the 90`s only fought for that belt because at that point it was more difficult to win the three more established organisations, Wilder won the WBC belt when the heavyweight division was very poor however the same can be said for Wlad so your point is 50% valid however Wilder was a poor fighter in my opinion.
Did anyone say the 70s heavyweight myth? It wasn’t the best era of heavyweights h2h. It was memorable because they had a round robin and it was on color TV for the first time.
